Kyle Felix is the Chief Financial Officer of the Catholic Community Foundation, where he oversees financial strategy, marketing and communications, and stewardship initiatives.

Kyle’s favorite part of his role is working directly with donors to create custom, tax-efficient giving plans that honor their wishes and advance the Foundation’s mission. With more than 15 years of experience spanning the for-profit and nonprofit sectors, he brings expertise in financial management, operational strategy, and nonprofit accounting.

Before joining the Foundation, Kyle worked in public accounting, advising organizations across multiple industries on audit, compliance, and financial performance. He holds CPA designations in both Canada and the United States and is well-versed in fund accounting, nonprofit laws and regulations (including UPMIFA), and personal tax planning.

Kyle and his family are parishioners at All Saints Catholic Church, and is a proud husband and father of two. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active, following his favorite sports, and cheering on his favorite teams, the Philadelphia Eagles and the Detroit Red Wings.

He holds a Bachelor of Accounting from the University of Saskatchewan and an MBA from Arizona State University.
