Committees
Audit Committee
The purpose of the Audit Committee is to provide independent oversight of the Foundation’s accounting and financial reporting. The committee oversees the Foundation’s annual audit. The Committee should have audit and financial expertise, whether in the form of a single individual serving on the committee or collectively among Committee members.

Development Committee
The purpose of the Development Committee is to assure the fiscal health of the Foundation through philanthropy and fund development. Committee members partner with staff to institutionalize the philanthropic process within the Board assuring a donor-centered organization.

Executive Committee

Nominating and Governance Committee
Members of the Nominating and Governance Board Committee assist in the identification, cultivation, and recruitment of new members for the Board of Directors of the Catholic Community Foundation and its various committees. The Committee may consider candidates suggested by various sources, including current members of the Board of Directors and Advisory Board members, and may also suggest names on their own.

Parliamentarian Committee
