Committees
Audit Committee
The purpose of the Audit Committee is to provide independent oversight of the Foundation’s accounting and financial reporting and oversee its annual audit. The Committee should have audit and financial expertise, whether as a single individual serving on the committee or collectively among Committee members.

Development Committee
The Development Committee's purpose is to assure the Foundation's fiscal health through philanthropy and fund development. Committee members partner with staff to institutionalize the philanthropic process within the Board, ensuring a donor-centered organization.

Executive Committee
The Executive Committee's purpose is to exercise the powers of the Board of Directors between meetings, with specific but limited authority.

Nominating and Governance Committee
Members of the Nominating and Governance Board Committee assist in identifying, cultivating, and recruiting new members for the Catholic Community Foundation's Board of Directors and its various committees. The Committee may consider candidates suggested by multiple sources, including current members of the Board of Directors and Advisory Board members, and may also suggest names on its own.

Parliamentarian Committee
The purpose of the Parliamentarian Committee is to review and recommend by unanimous vote occasionally, the Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws and written charters for any committee established by the Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws and/or the Board of Directors.
